Hi, I’m Kristin—a strength coach, behavior change specialist, and the founder of Unchained Strength.
I help real people get strong, lean, and finally feel like themselves again without living in the gym or obsessing over every bite.
I live in a suburb of Grand Rapids, MI with my three teenagers and two dogs, and I’ve been coaching since 2014.
With 30,000+ sessions under my belt, I’ve worked with pro athletes, busy moms, doctors, social workers, teachers, business owners, and everyday people who are ready to stop starting over and build something that actually lasts.
I became a coach because I saw the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
My mission is to bridge that gap and help you break free from the frustration, overwhelm, and “all-or-nothing” thinking that keeps you stuck.
This is about building a fit life that works—so you can feel strong, confident, and free in your own skin.
