MY APPROACH:

I’m a big believer in doing less, better.

I don’t buy into the fitness-industry madness. I build programs for real humans with real schedules and real priorities.

Most people think they need 5–6 days a week and hours in the gym to make progress. And sure—if you genuinely love living in the gym, cool.

But the rest of us? We want to get strong, lean, and capable without sacrificing our whole life to the gym grind.

Traditional programs fall apart because they’re either impossible to maintain or so overwhelming people don’t even start.

Here’s the good news:
You can get incredible results in way less time.

My training is built around 2x/week, 30-minute sessions for busy people who want real results without the burnout.

You’ll build strength, improve fitness, and actually feel in control of your progress—without extreme programs, endless cardio, or a rulebook of foods you “can’t” eat.

Whether you want to drop weight, gain strength, or just feel good in your skin again, we’ll train smart, stay consistent, and make the process fit your life…not the other way around.
