This allows you to book a session whenever I have availability—no monthly commitment.
Flex sessions are priced higher than membership sessions because they don’t reserve a weekly spot and are designed for occasional use. If you need consistent results, the monthly membership is your best value and guarantees your time slot each week.

We offer two group strength classes each week that can be taken in conjunction with training sessions or on their own.
These 1/2 hour classes work toward the same theory that 2 – 30-minute sessions of high-intensity strength training, along with proper diet and lifestyle changes, designed for clients who want to achieve maximum results. All levels welcome.
Weekly Class Time:
Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.
1. Monthly Training Policy
Training is billed monthly to reserve your standing spot and support consistency, accountability, and results. Think of this like a gym membership—with a guaranteed weekly time slot and ongoing coaching. Some months you’ll have an extra session, some months a holiday will land on your day — but it all balances out across the year.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel, just text me by 5:00 p.m. the day before your session so we can reschedule. Anything after that counts as a used session.
Make-ups must be used within the same billing cycle. If schedules don’t line up, you can choose a travel/make-up workout from The Client Hub to stay on track.
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Sessions canceled after 5 p.m. the day before—or missed entirely—are forfeited. This helps keep the schedule running smoothly and respects everyone’s time.
4. Vacations & Travel Weeks
If you're away for a full week, you may roll those missed sessions over for up to 60 days. This applies to true vacations only—not individual cancellations—and helps you stay consistent without feeling rushed to “fit it in.” You can also access travel workouts in The Client Hub to keep your routine going.
5. Pausing or Canceling Your Membership
Need to pause or cancel? Please provide 48 hours’ written notice before your next auto-pay. Payments that go through due to lack of notice aren’t refunded, but you’re welcome to finish your remaining sessions, transfer them to a friend or family member or put them on hold for up to 6 months.
6. Coach Vacations & Holidays
I take 1–2 planned weeks off per year, and sessions aren’t held on major holidays. Monthly billing already accounts for this across the year—just like how some months include extra training days at no additional cost. You’ll always have access to travel-friendly workouts in The Client Hub so you can keep your momentum during these breaks.
